Diplomat is a gallery in Philadelphia showcasing the work of international artists working in the medium of photography. Each month the gallery exhibits either a solo or group exhibition featuring artist(s) from one specific country.
A pamphlet is produced in conjunction with each exhibition that contains a dialogue between the artist(s) and the director of the gallery, or if you will the Diplomat (photographer & curator Chad Muthard).

The Changes are Misha Hollenbach, Shauna T, Fergus Purcell and Sk8thing. They live in separate countries, with separate timezones: Australia, Britain, and Japan.
The Nieves published book of their collective work, The Times are the Changes [2009] and it contains appropriated imagery spanning from the cult underground to rainbows and ridiculousness. It was produced alongside the MU exhibition of the same name. More images.
